Our Mission

United Healthcare Professionals Group (UHPG) is committed to reducing healthcare disparities by expanding access to essential medical services, delivering health education, promoting preventive care, and strengthening community support systems for underserved and underprivileged families. At the same time, the organization empowers healthcare professionals to contribute their expertise in meaningful, service-driven ways that create lasting impact.

This mission serves as the foundation for every initiative UHPG undertakes. Each program is carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with three core priorities: improving access to care, advancing health education, and engaging healthcare professionals in purposeful service. Only initiatives that effectively meet these standards are developed and implemented.

The organization works alongside healthcare providers, community groups, and local stakeholders with a clear focus on achieving measurable outcomes in access, education, and prevention. Our Objectives & Timelines (2026-2030)

  • By 2028, expand outreach programs into 20 underserved communities in Colorado; by 2030, scale to at least 36 communities regionally.

  • By 2027, provide preventive health screenings to 3,500 individuals annually; increase to 6,000 annually by 2030.

  • By 2027, conduct 30 health education workshops per year in Colorado; expand to 50 annually by 2030 with broader topic coverage.

  • By 2029, establish at least 8 formal partnerships with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and local agencies; grow to 12 active partnerships by 2030.

  • By 2028, recruit and maintain 140 active healthcare professionals and volunteers; increase to 175 by 2030.

  • By 2029, launch 12 mobile outreach clinics serving at least 4 counties; expand service coverage to 16 counties by 2030.

  • By 2030, increase participation in preventive care services among target populations by 30 percent, measured through program data and follow-up engagement.

  • By 2028, implement a healthcare navigation program assisting at least 2500 individuals annually; expand to 3500 individuals per year by 2030.

  • By 2029, integrate telehealth services reaching at least 3000 patients annually; scale to 4500 patients annually by 2030.

  • By 2028, secure at least 5 sustainable funding sources (grants or partnerships); increase to 8 funding streams supporting long-term growth by 2030.
